  • Game board
  • Dice

Rules

The goal of the game "Animal Friends" is to save as many animals as possible! The rules and tasks connected to each animal can be changed to be more relevant for your playing group.

  1. Begin at the "Start" field
  2. Each player throw a dice once every round
  3. When you land on an animal, get a climate-related task you need to finish within a time limit
  4. If you land on "Fish", wait a turn
  5. If you land on a question mark, the other players can give you a climate-related task of their choice
  6. After the certain time limit is over, e.g. a week, meet up and share each task you have done

Tasks

  • Bee: Make a fun DIY project using recycled material or by upcycling
  • Dolphin: Find four plastic bottles in the wild, and "pant" them
  • Penguin Turn off lights, appliances, and electronics around the house that are not in use
  • Polar bear: Recycle paper, cardboard, and plastics
  • Butterfly: Water a plant or flower
  • Turtle: Clean for 10 minutes near a beach
  • Koala: Make a vegetarian dinner
